CTO's Role

The Chief Technology Officer (CTO) of The International Pickleball Federation (The IPF) provides technical leadership and strategic direction, ensuring that IPF’s technological infrastructure supports efficient and innovative global operations. Working with the Executive Committees and Board of Directors, the CTO advises on technology standards, oversees core systems, and drives initiatives that strengthen IPF’s mission. Through effective multimedia solutions for meetings and events, the CTO enables IPF to advance pickleball worldwide with state-of-the-art resources for all stakeholders.

Bio

Mr. El Guennouni is the Chief Technology Officer at The International Pickleball Federation (IPF). With a solid background in full-stack development, he has contributed to projects ranging from app development to data management solutions. His recent work includes the creation of the “Rules of Pickleball” app, an essential tool providing players worldwide with accessible guidance on the game, created in collaboration with the IPF. His expertise in technology and passion for innovation continue to drive the IPF's mission to enhance the sport of pickleball globally.

Mr. El Guennouni previously served as EVP for International Tournament Certification, furthering his impact within the organization. As the founder of Pickleball Verdun in Montreal, he is also committed to fostering community engagement through sports, promoting health and wellness through physical activity. Fluent in four languages—English, French, Spanish, and Arabic—he is dedicated to bringing people together and advancing the sport across diverse communities.
