EVP, Marketing & Public Relations The International Pickleball Federation (IPF) is seeking an organized individual to manage, create and execute a comprehensive marketing campaign for a international sports federation. The ideal candidate will be comfortable in managing the administrative side by maintaining a marketing budget; cultivate vendor relationships; negotiate advertising contracts; meet deadlines; give presentations; communicate with high-end clientele; and, be prepared to change objectives to meet the needs of prioritizing projects. EVP, Security and Compliance Officer The International Pickleball Federation (IPF) is searching for a motivated and experienced security and compliance officer (SCO) to ensure that our business processes and transactions conform with all relevant legal and internal guidelines. The duties of the SCO will include reviewing management policies, monitoring operations, investigating potential violations, and reporting them as appropriate. The ideal candidate will have a professional degree, a history of professional work which reflects experience in conducting detailed investigations and audits, reporting issues to senior management and providing effective action plans, and knowledge of relevant legal statutes, regulations, and internal guidelines. This position will become a paid position when moved to International Pickleball Investment Corporation (IPI).

Social Media Manager The International Pickleball Federation is searching for an individual to fill the position responsible for coordinating the federation social media marketing and engagement. This position is a volunteer position and all work is conducted virtually. The Social Media Manager is an integral member of the Marketing team, with a vital role in capturing the organization's voice and maintaining consistent branding across social channels. The Manager will be responsible for showcasing stories, accomplishments, upcoming advocacy/fundraising events, and general content.

Editor / Proofreader The Editor / Proofreader will work closely with the Executive Team to support the writing, editing, and proofreading federation correspondence. In addition, the incumbent will assist with editing, revising, and producing various professional documents such as proposals, press releases, e-blasts, website, social media content, newsletters, presentation decks, and any content statements. The role requires the person to enjoy helping to improve others' writing. This is a part-time volunteer position not to exceed 10 hours per week. Reports to the 1st Vice President.

EVP, International Pickleball Grants & Scholarships The International Pickleball Federation is searching for an individual to fill the position who will be responsible for development efforts by seeking and securing foundation, corporate, and government grants to support federation priorities. They also oversee development and successful implementation of a scholarship program that supports enrollment in pickleball officiating programs.
